What?
LeaderCom develops a person’s ability to communicate and present their ideas, passion, wisdom, experience and knowledge in effective and powerful ways. Leadership Communication is a style of presentation that is focused, purposeful, and delivered with emotional impact.
Why?
We view the ability to communicate and present effectively as a cornerstone of strong leadership. Leaders in every sector are required to present to stakeholder groups in a variety of contexts and settings.
The ability to articulate concisely while connecting emotionally can be the difference between moving an idea forward and making the deal, or walking away empty handed. And while charisma cannot be taught, techniques for effective communication can.
How?
Workshops. One and two-day intensives designed to turn your ideas into powerful presentations. Whether the focus is on data or enlisting support for a new idea, the LeaderCom approach provides a step by step process for communicating and presenting with power, every time. In-person and online workshops available.
Coaching. One on one and group coaching for sharpening skills quickly. Go deep quickly.
Open Mic Nights. Fun, engaging, community building events. We provide the venue and the structure, you bravely present your ideas in front of a crowd.
Field Building. Dedicated to the role communication plays in effective leadership, we participate in and host forums for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in the field.
